Ethan Beck Homes LLC is a trade ally with the Energy Trust of Oregon. Energy Trust new homes are designed, built, and performance-tested to provide long-term value, energy savings, enhanced comfort, and healthier indoor air quality.

Ethan Beck Homes are Northwest ENERGY STAR qualified and Earth Advantage® certified. ENERGY STAR qualified homes are independently verified to meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Earth Advantage is a freestanding nonprofit organization that acts as the Northwest's premier green building program.

Ethan Beck is a Building Performance Institute Certified contractor. As a BPI contractor, Ethan has completed a rigorous training in home performance evaluation. A BPI contractor is taught to examine the relationship between all systems of home in order to determine overall performance. This approach to building examines your health, safety and comfort as well as the home’s energy efficiency and durability.
